ABOUT

HISTORY

Founded by Ted Dellinger in May 1972, Dellinger Inc.'s humble beginning started in a trailer in Monroe, NC.  A General Contractor specializing in water and sewer line installations, the first project was completed in 1972 in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

The vision of Ted Dellinger was not to just build a successful business by meeting standards, but to become the standard by which construction companies would operate.
