Estimator/Project Manager
Water/Wastewater Treatment

REQUIRMENTS

• Successful candidate should have knowledge of estimation (takeoff), scheduling, subcontracting, material purchasing, and field/office engineering of water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering (preferably civil or construction management) with 3-4 year experience.

Work assignments include , but not limited to:

• On-site investigation of project
• Read specification book
• Perform quantity take-off
• Solicit material and subcontract prices
• Prepare complete estimate of total cost of construction including materials, personnel, equipment, fuel, etc.
• Write subcontracts & purchase orders
• Coordinate/correspond with project owners & engineer.
• Obtain shop drawings & submit to engineer, job cost coding, maintain job progress schedule, and project safety & training.
