Lexington Commons Subdivision

Water, Sewer and Storm Drain

Description:

Lexington Commons phases three and four are

part of a residential subdivision in Monroe, NC.  Phase one has already been completed by Dellinger and phase two has been bypassed and will actually become the final phase.  Phases three and four consist of water, sewer and storm drain for 107 home sites.

4) Two pumps were used to dewater this hole while the crew placed this doghouse manhole over the existing sanitary sewer.
5) The existing water line needed to be lowered to keep the new sewer line on grade.
